Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil
"Tenute Ciaccio" is produced by the Alberto Ciaccio organic farm.
The farm consists of several plots, a typical Sicilian feature, which are located at different altitudes, from 60 to 250 meters above sea level, all planted with Cerasuola and Biancolilla variety olive groves with trees of different ages, many of them over 100 years old.

Organoleptic Characteristics
Fruity, complex and pleasant flavour, great harmony with a spicy and herbaceous aftertaste.
Color Intense green with golden yellow highlights, very high density, clear and bright.
Harmonious, with an elegant fruity flavor, with herbaceous hints of tomato leaves, artichoke and sometimes almond.
